Sunken City Overground – Flooded Street is the fourth area of the game. This area includes the first optional interaction with the NPCs Millaire, along with the second interaction with Vikas required for his questline. It also includes the entrance to the side area Twilight Hill – Withered Forest.
Sunken City Overground – Flooded Street
Survivors’ Stronghold
Key Item: Soil: Flooded Street – Left of the branch beside the NPC looking at the wall. Return it to Delpha at Temporary Campsite and use Purified Soil at a Branch to increase Life Dew charges.
Normal Seal: Burst – Speak with the NPC Kastina beside the soil pickup, exhaust her dialogue.
Normal Seal: Cold Therapy – Follow the main path to where you can see the three Necro enemies and take the path to the right into the subway car. On the other side turn hard to the left to where you can spot another large Necro in front of a subway car door. Go inside and at the end if you gave the Osprey Badge to the woman near the Top Apron there will be a Memory, which gives the Normal Seal once it is finished.
Lost Blader #3 – Go back to where you can see the three Necro enemies and take the path to the left. Continue left through the subway car filled with spike traps, then left again and through the second subway car. In the large open area after you will find the Lost Blader.
Weapon: Corrupted Blader Longsword – Defeat the Lost Blader to receive the weapon.
Normal Seal: Harsh Voice – Interact with the Memory after the Lost Blader before going up the stairs.
Key Item: Hideout Key – Continue following the path through the long hallway. Once you reach the balcony turn left and pick this up off the boxes near the enemies sitting on the ground.
Now with the Hideout Key you can go back to the Branch and teleport to Sunken City Overground – Rooftop Street > Hotel Corridor to grab some items in a side area.
Normal Seal: Inertia Transformation – Return to the Hotel Corridor Branch and go back toward the balcony with the ziplines. Go down one level and you can use the Hideout Key to open the locked door. Go into the room and turn right and interact with the Memory.
Lost Blader #4 – Go down the stairs into the lower area to find the Lost Blader.
Weapon: Blader Greatsword – Defeat the Lost Blader to receive the weapon.
Armor: Fisherman’s Suit – Open the chest at the back of the room behind the Lost Blader.
You can now teleport back to Sunken City Overground – Flooded Street > Survivors’ Stronghold to continue progressing.
Headwear: Thorny Headgear – Continue through the flood street area to the back. Go into the red lit area to the left instead of up the stairs. Destroy the spike traps in the corner to pick up this headwear.
High Street
Weapon: Opossums Sais – Purchased from Opossum’s Vending Machine beside Branch for 5500 Crystals.
Headwear: Rabbit Ears – Purchased from Opossum’s Vending Machine beside Branch for 2500 Crystals.
Armor: Rabbit Set – Purchased from Opossum’s Vending Machine beside Branch for 4000 Crystals.
Spell: Lightning Bolt – Go up the stairs from the Branch and pick this up from the ledge near the Pilgrims.
There are two paths here, going to the lower area and right leads to the next story area, the other path listed first goes to the side area. Going to the side area now first is recommended.
NPC: Millaire – Go along the left edge near the note and jump the small gap. Follow the path up the ladder, then drop down to the other side where you can find the NPC seen through the window, exhaust her dialogue. (The door beside leads back to the branch). Note she will stay at this location until you reach the next location she can be found. Millaire questline #1 (optional)
Main Seal: Seal of Investigator – Purchase from Millaire for 7 Adaptive Fragments + 4000 Crystals
Spell: Ignition – Purchase from Millaire for 10 Adaptive Fragments + 2000 Crystals
Spell: Electrification – Purchase from Millaire for 10 Adaptive Fragment + 2000 Crystals
Key Item: Train Ticket – Take the stairs down from where Millaire is located, then follow the path around where the enemy is that inflicts constant Pierce. On the platform it starts from you can pick up this item. Required to reach side area Twilight Hill – Withered Forest.
Eastern Square
NPC: Vikas – Lying on the ground beside the statue, speak with him and give him Mud Balls. Vikas questline #2
Side Area: Twilight Hill Withered Forest – Forest Entrance – Continue up the stairs and interact with the gate to board the train using the Train Ticket.

Once you have finished in the Withered Forest, go back to the High Street Branch and follow the right side path to reach the next Branch.
Aetherium Mansion
Normal Seal: Jade Form – Interact with Memory immediately before boss fight area.
Boss: Cleansing Knight
Trophy/achievement 
Cleansing Knight
Nucleus: Cleansing Knight’s Nucleus – Obtained automatically after defeating Cleansing Knight boss.
Downward Elevator
Go through the area after the Branch to continue to the next area.

There’s a Cold Therapy seal in this same area as the “Thorny Headgear” which can be accessed near the 3 necros in the center of the map enter the train in the right side. Outside the train look to your left and beat necro and and inside the train full of spiky necros you access memory to get seal.

The Branch to proceed the story after Twighlight Hill is High Street and not Eastern Square. The latter is leads to the train.
