Alive is Chapter 11 in A Plague Tale: Innocence. This walkthrough will guide you through all objectives of Chapter 11 “Alive”.

Amicia and Rodric successfully managed to retrieve the Sanguinis Itinera for Lucas and escaped from the Inquisition and the fire at the University alive. Hugo and Amicia are happy to see each other again and they share a lovely hug.
Meanwhile, three weeks go by.
Ask Rodric to Open the Door
When you’re again in control of Amicia, approach Rodric south of the spawning location. Rodric asks why one of the doors has never been opened before. Amicia, taking advantage of the fact that Hugo is asleep and won’t wander off, decides to go exploring with Rodric. To begin, have Rodric slam the door open for you.
Explore the Corridor
Go down the stairs and crawl under the opening between the beams.
Then, ask Rodric to shoulder the door open.
Follow Rodric
Before following Rodric to the middle of the yard, we need to grab a collectible (Herbarium 8 – Rhododendron). Go down the ladder and when you reach the inner ring of the yard, take a sharp right to one of the yard’s outer rings. Use the pictures below for visual reference. You’ll find the collectible on the ground.
Then, join Rodric in the middle of the yard to observe a fresco on the ground.
Join Lucas
Shortly after talking to Rodric, Lucas urgently wants you to get back inside. Something’s wrong with little Hugo. Go back the way you came from to join Lucas near the entrance to the Great Hall.
Follow Lucas
For this objective, simply follow Lucas up the stairs and a new cutscene will start. The knowledge Lucas has been acquiring from the Sanguinis Itinera cannot be put into practice without a proper laboratory, one with better equipment. Amicia suggests they go back to the de Rune estate to see if Beatrice’s laboratory may help Lucas. A risky venture, but they’ve got nothing to lose now.
Meanwhile, Melie and Arthur are back at the Chateau to deliver some rather distressing news. Arthur, while he was prisoner of the Inquisition, heard the name of a woman who was also taken captive: Beatrice de Rune. Beatrice is alive!
Amicia doesn’t want Hugo to know, but Hugo overhears but soon faints on account of him passing the Second Threshold.
This concludes Chapter 11 “Alive” in A Plague Tale: Innocence. Now Chapter 12 “All That Remains” starts.

Had to play the game a second time to get some of the collectables; & I found your walkthrough guide to be very useful, thank you. one thing though, & not a complaint, it’s quite funny really. I’m in the U.K. & your Left is our right, & visa versa, lol. The wife’s grandparents were American; So I thought she was joking with me, when she told me you flick a switch up, to turn lights on. We flick switch down. Now I see it all the time in films, lol.
