Ghost of Tsushima has 61 Tales of Tsushima (Side Quests or Side Tales) Locations. Completing All Tales of Tsushima unlocks the Helping Sword Hand trophy. There are also 7 Mythic Tales which are included here as well.
None of the Tales of Tsushima are missable. It doesn’t matter what dialogue choices or what ending you pick during the story. You can still do all of them after the story in free-roam. You can also reveal them on the map as question marks “?” by liberating all of the Occupied Mongol Territories.
However, a few side quests don’t get marked on the map even after liberating all regions. If you’ve uncovered all question marks and are missing a side tale, check The Cost of Fear & A Debt Repaid. These two aren’t marked on the map for some reason and are the most likely ones to overlook.
To see which Side Tales you’ve completed, press the Options-Button > Journal > Tales of Tsushima. Then you can compare with the list here to cross-check what you’re missing. You can also see Mythic Tales under Journal > Mythic Tales.
On the map, Side Tales are always marked in silver. The silver ones with a person’s face for the icon are part of a questline. The silver ones with 4 dots are short tales not part of a quest line. In contrast, main tales (Jin’s Journey tales) have golden icons, and Mythic Tales have blue icons. You must zoom in on the map to see the Side Tales, or you can track them via the Journal.

Hey so I literally just done everything in the game like I even did the hidden tales as well but the game won’t register my trophy for doing all of the tales is there any I can do

Yes, probably you missing the misson ‘ The Cost Of Fear’ its hard to find
I have done all the tales, plus the two there were hide, and I didn’t get the trophy.
I have matched everyone of these to my completed tales apart from the mythics because ive done them all already and i still havent got the trophy?
