Borderlands 3 (BL3) has 8 Skin to Win Locations in Bounty of Blood DLC. They count as Crew Challenges (Collectibles) and are needed for the That’s Quite Challenging trophy or achievement.
None of the Skin to Win enemies are missable! You can still kill all of them after the story in free roam. To see how many you found, press L3 / Left Stick on the world map and D-Pad Right to open the “Challenges” tab. On the world map, the ones you haven’t found are marked by a green Chest-symbol and the ones you found have a blue (slightly transparent) icon. You can pursue them in any order you like with any character you want. They are usually located in areas a bit off the main path. If you get close, a radio call will indicate their location.

Area is accessed from a jump-pad in a small shack, which also has to be taken during a mission. At the top of that cliff, you can see a bloody trail off to the left side leading to an opening.

Can anyone please help with how to get to Hydragoian? I’ve been circling the area for an hour, trying to figure out the elevation. I just can’t see to get to this area! Finished the story.
