Thank you for joining me on my adventure. It was rough, sad, intense, and exhilarating. What an experience. No other game has given me such vast emotions. It’s mesmerizing.
Thanks for being by my side, Powerpyx. We did it!

This level at the end left me speechless and sad. Its interesting because in the first game, TLOU, the game begins sad and the ending is happy. In this game, it starts off happy and ends up with things being somber, but sad with Ellie officially mentally grown up after losing Joel and now Dina and her kid moved out and moved on leaving Ellie to being single and by herself in an empty house in the middle of nowhere. Hopefully if they do a part 3, they will resolve Ellie’s story and perhaps she can find permanent happiness in another part of the world after having to deal with loss her entire life. I would love to maybe see if at some point maybe the tv show will remedy both Abby and Ellie’s stories and bring some closure to both characters in the future. Good game all around. Never been emotionally vested in a game, such as this. A first for me anyway in all the years I played video games.

Man I love this game so much. I’ve played it multiple times and the ending always gets me. I ordered this during the pandemic. I had started my job in fall 2019 so I had some vacation time to burn and play this. I needed a stiff drink afterwards so I picked up some to go margaritas and tacos. (The governor of my state waived open container restrictions to stimulate the economy.) Then I went back home and thought it was a good time to check in on loved ones. I live in a different city than my family and I didn’t want to bring Covid around my parents.
I think one of the themes of the game, other than the obvious cycle of hatred/revenge/violence is to make the most of the time you have with your loved ones because you never know how long they’ll be around.
I’m just getting the platinum again so thanks for this guide. I think I will try some No Return too.
