Easiest way I have found is to go to the lake of outrage and find a evolved version of eevee, take that pokemon to the nursery with a ditto and leave them, the Egg will hatch into an eevee

At lake of outrage you can find a evolution stone behind each rock. After you get the stones all you need is the eevees

DON’T USE A DRAGON TYPE AGAINST DITTO. It will use transform and turn into that Pokemon and get its moves too. Dragon types are weak against dragon types. Found that out the hard way. 🙁 . It 1-shot my enturnatus (a legendary Pokemon) with Dynamax Cannon (a move it knows).
