City Missions are objectives in Judgment (Judge Eyes) found under the third tab of the KamuroGo app in the pause menu. Completing all of these is required for the trophy KamuroGo Guide, along with KamuroGo Master for reaching 100% completion. No objectives are missable and all can be completed after the story in Premium Adventure, but some won’t be available until a specific point in the story where you gain access to specific activities, so don’t worry if you don’t have missions visible or can’t seem to complete them.
City Missions are basically all missions that aren’t related to a specific location. They include all the combat, economy, general interaction, and things that can be completed at multiple locations like the Mahjong hand types. There are a total of 87 objectives to complete, some unique and some being multiple levels of the same requirement. Completing missions gives various amounts of SP related to how hard they are, though by the time you finish some the SP likely won’t matter anymore. Any that require completing a list of things (such as the Friend Challenge) will display the list if you press and show all completed objectives checked off, along with a progress bar for some.
KamuroGo City Missions
Friend Challenge – X/50
Become friends with 50 people in Kamurocho.
This challenge is the requirement for the trophy “A Guy Everybody Knows”, and can be used to track progress towards that. You can view the guide for all friends here: Judgment Friends List and Locations
Affable – X/30
Talk to the people of Kamurocho 30 times.
Popular – X/150
Talk to the people of Kamurocho 150 times.
Talk of the Town – X/300
Talk to the people of Kamurocho 300 times.
This counts any interaction you have with an NPC, be it friends, store owners, etc. You should reach this easily by the time you finish everything else in the game.
Big Eater – X/10
Eat at restaurants in Kamurocho 10 times.
Glutton – X/25
Eat at restaurants in Kamurocho 25 times.
Connoisseur – X/50
Eat at restaurants in Kamurocho 50 times.
Eating at a restaurant counts as one transaction where you exchange money for food. If you haven’t eaten 50 times by the end of the game you can grind this out quickly when you get the Bottomless Stomach skill, which allows you to eat while you have full health. Go to a restaurant and just repeatedly buy the cheapest item until you reach the required amount.
Millionaire – X/1,000,000 Yen
Earn a cumulative total of 1 million yen.
Multimillionaire – X/10,000,000 Yen
Earn a cumulative total of 10 million yen.
Triple Multimillionaire – X/30,000,000 Yen
Earn a cumulative total of 30 million yen.
30 million Yen seems like a lot, but you need a very large amount for Quickstarter projects and Drone Parts so you will get this while grinding money at the end of the game. The best way to get money is to play the Long Challenge Course at Paradise VR. Once you have all skills you can go through every square getting as many items as possible and hitting all bonuses and get upwards of 7 million or more in one run.
Mini Marathon Man – X/21km
Travel 21km by walking or running.
Marathon Man – X/42km
Travel 21km by walking or running.
Triathlon Man – X/100km
Travel 100km by walking or running.
You will reach well over the required number for this during the game, so you don’t particularly need to go out of your way to run everywhere or run around without a goal. You should reach 100km total by the time you’re done the story and all side cases.
Shutterbug – X/10
Snap 10 photos with your smartphone.
Amateur Photographer – X/50
Snap 50 photos with your smartphone.
Professional Photographer – X/100
Snap 100 photos with your smartphone.
This actually includes pictures taken with your Drone as well as your phone, so you will have 50 photos just from the Drone QR codes alone. If you don’t take any extra photos at all you will end up with around 80 – 90 taken from story/side cases/friends, so you can just snap some extra photos wherever to reach the required number if you need.
Novice Locksmith – X/10
Use your lockpicking skills a total of 10 times.
Skilled Locksmith – X/30
Use your lockpicking skills a total of 30 times.
Master Locksmith – X/50
Use your lockpicking skills a total of 50 times.
This counts both the Pin picking and the Thumb Turn picking, which you have to do many times through the story and side missions. You also get access to a friend midway through the story who will continually give you objectives to pick locks for people in exchange for money and SP. While playing Dice and Cube the Safe squares also count toward this, so you should easily reach this number while grinding money at the end of the game.
Inebriated – X/5
Drink 5 different types of alcohol in Kamurocho venues.
Hammered – X/10
Drink 10 different types of alcohol in Kamurocho venues.
Shitfaced – X/15
Drink 15 different types of alcohol in Kamurocho venues.
There are more than 15 different alcohol types that you need to consume for Shop Missions, so you will get this without needing to go out of your way for it while working on the 100%.
Crazy Taxi – X/10
Take a taxi 10 times.
Crazy Taxi 2 – X/15
Take a taxi 15 times.
Crazy Taxi 3 – X/20
Take a taxi 20 times.
Taxis can be used to quickly get around to different spots in Kamurocho, and are required a number of times during the story to go to different locations. If you aren’t actively using taxis to get around while doing cleanup you can get this done quickly by just traveling between two taxi points on the edge of the map that drop you off at another taxi spot.
Beat ‘Em Up – X/250
Defeat 250 enemies who pick a fight on the streets.
Bare Knuckle – X/500
Defeat 500 enemies who pick a fight on the streets.
Streets of Rage – X/1000
Defeat 1000 enemies who pick a fight on the streets.
Enemies randomly spawn while you run around Kamurocho, and with increased frequency during Threat instances. Due to the large number required for this and other combat instances I’d recommend not running away from fights, always be sure to take out enemies as they spawn, and be mindful of the other combat challenges such as defeating enemies with weapons.
Low EX-pectations – X/50
Activate an EX Action 50 times in battle.
High EX-pectations – X/100
Activate an EX Action 100 times in battle.
Great EX-pectations – X/300
Activate an EX Action 300 times in battle.
EX Actions are any attack that is activated with the prompt and use segments of your EX Meter. This includes things such as weapon actions and wall jump actions, so be sure to be using these when available and you should use well over 300 by the time you have finished the game.
Armed and Dangerous – X/50
Defeat 50 enemies with a weapon.
One Man Army – X/100
Defeat 100 enemies with a weapon.
Living Weapon – X/300
Defeat 300 enemies with a weapon.
Weapons are any objects that can be picked up with during fights and used to attack enemies. You will have to be going for this, as weapons have a limited durability and most of the time you can only use the improved items found around Kamurocho. Signs and Bikes are particularly good as they do large amount of damage and can hit multiple enemies with each swing, which still only uses one durability. You should also normal aim to do an EX Action with the final durability point of the weapon, as this still counts and the EX Actions will always immediately destroy the weapon. If you’re grinding this out at the end you can also work on it in Paradise VR, as some of the combat squares you will give swords or a rocket launcher which have unlimited use and also count towards this.
Destroyer – X/300
Break 300 objects (signs, bicycles, etc.) in battle.
Obliterator – X/500
Break 500 objects (signs, bicycles, etc.) in battle.
Annihilator – X/1000
Break 1000 objects (signs, bicycles, etc.) in battle.
Breakable objects include weapons along with all of the small random things that are in the environment that can be destroyed by you or enemies when they are hit. You shouldn’t need to go too out of your way for this, but if you’re worried about it when in Bonus in Dice and Cube you’ll sometimes get a round where you are tasked with destroying 40 items in a minute, which will give significant progress towards this if you don’t already have it while grinding money.
Feel the Fire – X/50
Defeat 50 enemies during an EX Boost.
Feel the Burn – X/100
Defeat 100 enemies during an EX Boost.
Feel the Heat – X/300
Defeat 300 enemies during an EX Boost.
You are introduced to EX Boost early on, but it isn’t particularly useful starting out until you get upgrades to increase its duration and how quickly you gain meter. I wouldn’t worry too much about always going for enemies in it starting out, use it more when you’re in trouble and to take out tough enemies. Once you reach the end of the game and have more of the upgrades it’s very good to use and you can quickly take out large groups of enemies with it.
Tiger Cub – X/10
Defeat 10 enemies with the Tiger Style.
Tiger Warrior – X/500
Defeat 500 enemies with the Tiger Style.
Tiger King – X/1000
Defeat 1000 enemies with the Tiger Style.
Tiger Style is a higher damage single target style that is better against tough enemies or single opponents. Be sure to switch between the two styles when the situation arises and don’t just stick with one the entire time.
Crane Hatchling – X/10
Defeat 10 enemies with the Crane Style.
Crane Prince – X/500
Defeat 500 enemies with the Crane Style.
Crane Emperor – X/1000
Defeat 1000 enemies with the Crane Style.
Tiger Style is a sweeping kicky style that is better against crowds and weak enemies. Be sure to switch between the two styles when the situation arises and don’t just stick with one the entire time.
Freerunner – X/50
Defeat 50 enemies with a Wall Jump.
Parkourist – X/100
Defeat 100 enemies with a Wall Jump.
Flip Wizard – X/200
Defeat 200 enemies with a Wall Jump.
A Wall Jump is an ability you can get where you sprint at a wall, then press one of or to do an attack off the wall. These are all useful and powerful moves, so you should use them when you can. This does also count the EX moves you can use by pressing when prompted which can knock out most normal enemies in a single hit, so you should use these when possible if not trying for other combat moves.
Pugilist – X/50
Defeat 50 enemies without taking any damage.
Prizefighter – X/100
Defeat 100 enemies without taking any damage.
Punchout Artist – X/200
Defeat 200 enemies without taking any damage.
I believe this means defeating an enemy without taking damage from that enemy specifically, not just in each fighting instance. By the time you get to the end of the game and are grinding money you should be able to blast through most enemies in Dice and Cube without worry, so this shouldn’t be a large issue.
Man About Town – X/50
Play 50 minigames in Kamurocho.
Local Tour Guide – X/100
Play 100 minigames in Kamurocho.
Mr. Kamurocho– X/300
Play 300 minigames in Kamurocho.
This is counted for any of the available minigames available to you, but you need to actually play a bit for it to count, so you can’t just launch one then immediately quit before starting. The fastest way to do this is likely to play one hand of Blackjack, then quit out and launch it again due to how fast Blackjack loads between it’s minigame gameplay and the normal game.
Mangan: Win 3 – X/3
Play mahjong and win a total of 3 times with a mangan.
A Mangan is a hand that is scored between 3 and 5 han. Any hand that fits this (or goes above) will count, so you can get this using the Nine Gates tile.
Three Color Straight – X/1
Play mahjong and win with a three color straight.
A Three Color Straight is a specific hand in Mahjong, where you have 3 of the same sequence of 3 tiles in each hand type. This is probably the hardest of the 3 specific hands the game wants as you can’t cheat it at all, you just need to get lucky on what hands you have. When playing watch your initial hand, and if you get a decent spread of the 3 suit types with some similar numbers you should try going for the straight. Your other 5 tiles don’t matter, though they need to follow the rule of being either a straight or triplet and a pair. If you can get the red or green dragon tiles for the triplet you can have exposed tiles for the hand to win if you have the 2 Han minimum rule on, but if not you would need a concealed hand to meet the 2 Han minimum.
Riichi Ippastsu – X/1
Play mahjong and win with a riichi ipatsu.
Riichi Ipatsu is when you declare Riichi by having a locked hand, then the next turn you can fully complete the hand with a drawn tile or one taken from someone else, without having someone declared a meld. You can do this using the Nine Gates tile, but I wouldn’t recommend this unless you manage to finish every other Mahjong requirement without getting it, as this has a very high luck component and if you’re going for Riichi during normal play you are more than likely to get it anyway during the 50 normal hands you have to win. To get it using Nine Gates you would need to discard one of the number tiles you start out with, then declare riichi so that it doesn’t score it as a True Nine Gates. If it scores it like that it won’t count it as an Ippatsu due to it only counting True Nine Gates, as that alone scores the highest you can for one hand (though you can earn Open Riichi this way, even though it doesn’t display it at the end).
Haneman: Win 1 – X/1
Play mahjong and win with at least a haneman.
A Haneman is when you score at least 6 Han with one hand, so if you are looking at the available hands in the game you want anything from the 6 Han section or higher, or things that add up to a combination of at least 6 Han. If you have issues with this you can do this with the Nine Gates tile to get the Nine Gates hand, as that is a Yakuman which is counted higher than a Haneman.
Blackjack 10K – X/10,000
Win 10,000 chips by playing blackjack. *Any of the venues with blackjack will count
Blackjack 20K – X/20,000
Win 20,000 chips by playing blackjack. *Any of the venues with blackjack will count
Blackjack 30K – X/30,000
Win 30,000 chips by playing blackjack. *Any of the venues with blackjack will count
Blackjack has an easy strategy to win, as it isn’t truly random but follows a set card pattern. If you get in the specific card pattern you can keep betting a specific way and wins 9 times in a row, which if you start out with 10,000 chips will get you to nearly 100,000 in one cycle. This method was originally posted by wamakima5004 on reddit. You wait until you get the first hand (9 on bottom, Jack on top) then the game should progress in the same manner with you betting the same way. Each time you win you can increase the amount you can bet, so each time make a new bet and increase the amount to win more chips.
- 9+J => stand => 19vs19 draw
- 7+2 => double down +A => 20vs18 win
- J+10 => stand => 20vs22 win
- J+Q => split =>
(right) +A =>
(left) +2 => (left) double down +6 => 21vs23 18vs23 win - 3+9 => double down +6 => 18vs22 win
- Q+Q => stand => 20vs19 win
- 2+5 => double down +Q => 17vs22 win
After the above you can quit the table and if you’ll be well past the required amount for Blackjack if you played High Stakes and started out with around 10,000. If you aren’t getting the hand you can quit and reload until you get it.
Poker 10K – X/10,000
Win 10,000 chips by playing poker. *Any of the venues with poker will count
Poker 20K – X/20,000
Win 20,000 chips by playing poker. *Any of the venues with poker will count
Poker 30K – X/30,000
Win 30,000 chips by playing poker. *Any of the venues with poker will count
Poker is typical Texas Hold’em, and can be played in L’Amant or in Dragon’s Palace. At L’Amant you’ll get access to a high stakes game after a point, which is where you want to aim for this. Save before entering the table, so if you lose too many chips without winning every you can just reload to get them back and keep trying. This is cumulative though so if you’re winning at all you’re still making progress over time. I’d advise always staying in for the first round just to see the initial 3 cards, as you can sometimes get lucky even with bad starting cards, especially if the AI is trying to bluff off single low pairs. Typically if you get same suit cards and one or two off the start you want to stay in for a flush, or if you get cards close together stay in for a straight. There isn’t really a way to cheat this at all other than save scumming to stop yourself losing chips, so you just have to keep at it. The AI will make quips based on what they have, and they are overall fairly obvious if they have negative hands or have good hands. You can sometimes bluff the AI out by raising if they’re just checking each time and making negatives comments which can get you some easy wins.
Friendly Neighborhood PI – X/10
Encounter and be greeted by a close friend 10 times.
The Face of Kamurocho – X/20
Encounter and be greeted by a close friend 20 times.
The Boss of Kamurocho – X/30
Encounter and be greeted by a close friend 30 times.
Being greeted by close friends is when you see the ones walking around Kamurocho and they stop and acknowledge you. This gives a small boost to your EX Meter and counts towards this. Once you befriend everyone and are going around cleaning up other things you should get this without trying.
Pinball Hi-Score
Get a high score of 500 points in pinball at the office.
Pinball in your office plays like a normal pinball game, with bonuses and everything included. The main thing you’ll want to be aiming for is hitting all letters to advance the year on the table which gives a large point bonus.
Pinball Rookie – X/3
Play pinball 3 times.
Pinball Pro – X/5
Play pinball 5 times.
Pinball Wizard – X/10
Play pinball 10 times.
This counts each game of pinball you play, so you may get this while going for 500 points. If not you can just let the balls all run out and start again until you reach the required number of plays.

Motor Detector – X/10
Find 10 of the design codes for motors. (Some codes may not be obtainable until you meet a certain friend.)
Propeller Detector – X/10

Turbo Detector – X/10
Find 10 of the design codes for turbo boosters. (Some codes may not be obtainable until you meet a certain friend.)
ESC Detector – X/10
Find 10 of the design codes for ESCs. (Some codes may not be obtainable until you meet a certain friend.)
The above 10 are for finding all of the QR Codes for Sebastion Hutton after he shows up when you complete the Beginner Drone League. You can find a guide for all QR Code locations here: Judgment QR Code Locations Guide
Lord of Puzzle Shogi – X/1
Clear 1 Puzzle Shogi board.
Prince of Puzzle Shogi – X/5
Clear 5 Puzzle Shogi boards.
Lord of Puzzle Shogi – X/10
Clear all of the Puzzle Shogi boards.
Puzzle Shogi is a set of Shogi challenges you can play in Judgment. To gain access to it you must first fund the Premium Shogi Board through Quickstarter. After that you pick it up from your mailbox, then go and speak to the group of Homeless Men in Children’s Park, where you’ll give one of them the board and can them speak to him in the sewers, and can choose to play the puzzles. For a guide on the Shogi Puzzles, see the following page: Judgment Puzzle Shogi Solutions Guide
Extract Boy – X/10
Take an extract 10 times.
Extract Aficionado – X/50
Take an extract 50 times.
Extract Addict – X/100
Take an extract 100 times.
You are introduced to Extracts during the story, then after that you can make them using materials, purchasing them from the Hermit in the Dragon’s Palace, or by picking them up off enemies. You don’t need to actively use them if you don’t want to, but you’re limited in the number you can carry so if you happen to find an extra of one you have full inventory space for you should use it to pick up the extra. You can also take as many as you want and the effects overwrite each other, so you can just clear this out at the end by taking all the extracts in your inventory then buying/making more.
Bronze Tier Backer – X/5
Invest through Quickstarter to completely fund 5 campaigns.
Silver Tier Backer – X/10
Invest through Quickstarter to completely fund 10 campaigns.
Gold Tier Backer – X/5
Invest through Quickstarter to completely fund 15 campaigns.
There are a total of 28 Quickstarter campaigns available during the game, 10 alone being for G.A. Labs which you need to do all of. You need at least 5 others for other objectives so you will get this without trying.
G.A. Building Complete – (There are 10 levels)
Invest through Quickstarter to completely fund all G.A. Labs projects.
There are 10 total G.A. Labs projects that you have to fund, which require a total of around 20 million Yen, which you need to contribute about half of. This is the largest money sink in the game and doesn’t actually give any sort of reward once you fund every floor, so I’d recommend leaving this to be the last thing you do as it’s just a money pit.
That’s all the KamuroGo City Missions in Judgment!

Royce says
You can get Riichi Ippatsu when using the Nile Gates Tile as a setup for a weaker hand. Use the Tile Gates and then throw away one of the tiles that would fulfill the requirements for a Nine Gates by activating Riichi (with square and X) and then throwing it away. And then you have to hope for luck.
Duroforce says
They fixed the black jack exploit, it is not possible to win anymore with this strategy
BrockerCaco says
I just did it yesterday. Still working for me.
VoltFieber says
The BlackJack exploit works only with the PS4 version.
For using X amount of extract, the infinite DLC items are working too.
You can get the whole DLC Bundle for 10 bucks.
Instant kill Extract can make some battles super easy/short.
Jon Harvey says
The Blackjack exploit only works on the original version (PS4). I’m playing on Xbox and had to save scum to do it. Just a heads up for anyone trying to get that hand on later releases.
