Not Gonna Kill Anyone is a Main Story Mission in Days Gone. This walkthrough will guide you through all objectives of the “Not Gonna Kill Anyone” Main Quest.
Objectives:
- Head to the Lost Lake Encampment
- Sneak Into the Camp
- Sneak Into the Infirmary
- Steal the Antibiotics
Not Gonna Kill Anyone Starting Location
This mission will become available, once you rode with Boozer to the Southern Region Lost Lake and left him at the campfire to steal some medicine.
Sneak Into the Camp / Infirmary
Boozer is in need of medicine and the two Bikers don’t see many alternatives than to steal it from a camp they lived in some time ago.
You are not allowed to be spotted nor can you kill anyone, so being careful is the only option here. Use the binoculars to tag the campers and to keep track of their movements.
Even though there seem to be a lot of people, it is advised to go through the middle, as this area provides lots of bushes to stay hidden. Equip Rocks from your Weapon Wheel and throw them to lure certain persons away which look in your direction.
At some point you have to watch two groups of enemies on two sides simultaneously and throw rocks in each direction in quick succession to sneak by undetected.
Sneaking along the side of the infirmary itself is no problem and Deacon can easily break in. However, we are discovered while leaving.
This concludes this mission and transitions seamlessly into “No Place Else To Go” after the cutscene with Rikki and Addy.

Damn, does anyone know what the name of the song playing as you ride with Boozer is? My game also bugged out hard during this mission, I couldn’t equip rocks and some of the guards were T Posing. Beyond that, many of the following cutscenes’ audio were dragging from the visual. I just saved and restarted the game.

Hey man the song is called soldiers eyes by jack savoretti, also thanks for the tip on saving and restarting, my rocks wouldn’t appear either!

Can you skip over this part?

I despise this mission. Why the fuck am I forced to play it over and over again and am unable to complete it. Missions like these destroy games.
