Item Description: Mibu balloon made in the year of the Dragonspring pilgrimage, sealed with a prayer for healthy upbringing.
Burst the white Mibu balloon while clasping one’s hands in prayer.
Those splashed with the water will enjoy increased gains of all sorts for a time.
On it is crudely scrawled:
“To Tenkichi, from Badger”.

Obtained:

1. Speak to Black Hat Badger in the building just down the hill from Ashina Castle: Old Grave.
2. Later he will move just up the hill from the kite flying device in Senpou Temple, speak to him there after using Possession Ninjutsu on the Rat to hold the kite.
3. After this he will be at some graves in the cave that you swing to from the kite, speak to him there.
4. Finally when the siege of Ashina Castle occurs right at the end of the game he will be outside the building you originally found him in beside a tree, where he will give you one of this item. This is the only time you can get this item during a playthrough.

Usage: This item gives you the effect of all normal Mibu balloons at once for a short period of time.
