Item Description: A small pinwheel made of white paper.
Found below a cliff at Mount Kongo.
Perhaps it was carried there by the wind.
It is simply a single, pure white pinwheel.
Only the child is right here.

Location:  Senpo Temple, Mt. Kongo: Shugendo – Take the right side path along the cliff wall, going down along the blue climbable walls then up the wall jump at the end where you will find this at the top.
