Upgrade Prosperity is a main story mission in Far Cry New Dawn. This walkthrough will guide you through all objectives of the “Upgrade Prosperity” Main Quest.
Objectives:
- Rescue Specialists (2)
- Upgrade Facilities (3)
Upgrade Prosperity Starting Location
This mission will become available, once you have brought back Rush to Prosperity. Talk to him and he wants you to help upgrade the whole settlement. In order to do so, we need some talented Specialists and Ethanol to upgrade the Facilities.

There are different Specialists which you can recruit. See the links below for their small individual missions.
Upgrade Facilities
To upgrade Facilities, you need Ethanol, which can be acquired in multiple ways. Check our handy guide below on how to obtain it. Most Facilities can be upgraded for 75 Ethanol, so a total of 225 is good enough.
Finale
Once you have completed both objectives, head inside the main building to finish this mission.
A cutscene with a small party will play, but the happiness doesn’t last long, as the Twins pay us another small visit.

This concludes the “Upgrade Prosperity” main mission in Far Cry New Dawn. Now the next Story Mission “Under Siege” becomes available.
Note: Later in Act 2 you get another mission with the same name “Upgrade Prosperity”. It’s the exact same process again, you’ll just have to upgrade more facilities and rescue all 5 specialists rather than just 2.
