An Honest Day’s Labors is the 100th main story mission in Red Dead Redemption 2 (RDR2). This walkthrough will guide you through all objectives of An Honest Day’s Labors Main Quest including all Gold Medals for 100% completion.

Gold Medal Requirements:
- Kill all of Langton’s men during the horseback escape
- After choosing your approach, escape with Shane Finley within 5 minutes
- Complete with at least 70% accuracy
- Complete the mission without taking any health items
Starting Location: Blackwater, West Elizabeth
Talk to Sadie
Meet Sadie in the Blackwater Saloon to hear the details on her new bounty. Apparently she was bringing in an outlaw called Shane Finley, and another bounty hunter stole her prisoner from her. Now she wants your help to get him back, and even the score with the other bounty hunter while you’re at it.
- GOLD MEDAL: Complete the mission without taking any health items
Follow Sadie all the way to Hennigan’s Stead, where she will survey Armadillo from the cliffs overlooking the desert.
You’ll spot Langton and his men riding hard for Pike’s Basin. Get back on your horse and follow Sadie as she rides along the top of the canyon walls.
As they reach the basin, Sadie gets off her horse and gets to cover to survey the scene.
When she asks how you want to approach the situation, choose “Shoot the Gang” because immediately after you choose, you will only have 5 minutes to secure Finley. Fire up Dead Eye and make your first volley count, because after that you will have no free rides. The best targets are the snipers that patrol the ridge and the pathway down to the canyon floor.
- GOLD MEDAL: After choosing your approach, escape with Shane Finley within 5 minutes
- GOLD MEDAL: Complete with at least 70% accuracy
You will need to keep moving to make the five minute time limit, stopping only when you absolutely have to.
Once you have Finley stowed on the back of your horse, you can take your time and clean up the remaining forces at your own speed.
Of note however, Once you’ve eliminated the enemies on the floor of the canyon and the vicinity, a number of riders will arrive on the ridge and at the canyon entrance.
Once all the riders and enemies in the vicinity of the camp are killed, follow Sadie to the canyon entrance. Make sure to check your radar frequently to ensure that you don’t miss any of Langton’s men on your way out. There is no longer a time limit, so take your time and be sure no one gets out alive.
- GOLD MEDAL: Kill all of Langton’s men during the horseback escape
Follow Sadie back to Blackwater and dump Finley in a cell to collect your bounty.

I don’t think you can “take your time” once Finley is on your horse. The 5 minute cut off seems to be the cut scene that kicks in at the end of the canyon.
when I reach to the spot with Sadie I don’t have any choices
And when I restart the mission the mission won’t load I’m playing on PC
Can anyone help me with this???

I have the same problem. No dialogue choices from Sadie once I reach the final observation point.
