Disa’s Plot is a main quest in Dragon’s Dogma 2. This walkthrough will guide you through all objectives of the Disa’s Plot main mission.
- Starting Location: Vernworth > The Stardrop Inn (only at Night)
- Quest Giver: Captain Brant
- Requirement: Finished Main Quest: Seat of the Sovran, arrived in Vernworth
- Reward: Wakestone, 6500 Gold, 1200 XP
- Quest Description: Slip into the palace through the rear gate between the hours of midnight and dawn and search the queen regent’s office for incriminating evidence.

- Report back to Captain Brant
Starting Location: Disa’s Plot
To start this quest, go to “The Stardrop Inn” in Vernworth, talk to the barkeeper and choose to pass the time until it’s night. Then talk to Captain Brant who is standing at the bar, he will walk outside to the balcony. Follow him and talk to him again to accept a series of main quests. The dialogue “Tell me of the queen regent” will trigger this quest.
Search for evidence of Disa’s misdeeds
You must now head to the Vernworth Castle. You can enter it by heading south through Noble Quarter and going uphill, through the front gate.
For the next quest step it has to be night time, specifically between the hours of MIDNIGHT and DAWN. If it’s not night you can rest at the bench in front of the castle’s main gate (at the exit of Noble Quarter where your pawns stay behind). The guards will ignore you, regardless of what attire you are wearing. So just run past them all.
The front door to the castle is locked at night. You have to go behind the castle and through the door to The Guardhouse, where the quest marker is.
Inside the Guardhouse you can find a chest with an armor set, feel free to grab it. Though equipping it isn’t necessary, the guards inside the castle will let you freeroam as long as you don’t attack anyone.
Leave the room with the chest, then turn right, go straight and up the stairs at the end of the hallway.
On floor 2F you will find the quest marker. Go through the door and pick up the note on the table, it will be glowing golden.
Report back to Captain Brant
Upon taking the note, a character will walk in called Sven. He will cover for you and distract the guard while you make your escape. Hop through the window in the right corner and return to Captain Brant at Stardrop inn (where the quest started). Give him the note you picked up to finish the quest.
This finishes Disa’s Plot main quest in Dragon’s Dogma 2.
