Jabberwock Horn is a quest item in Final Fantasy VII Rebirth. It is needed for the side quest Trouble in Paradise to complete the objective “Defeat the Fiends on the Off-Limits Beach”. It’s one of the necessary crafting materials to craft the Legendary Bait.
Jabberwock Horn Location
For the Jabberwock Horn you will need to complete Classified Intel: The Wyvern Awoken in Cosmo Canyon Region. This is unlocked by completing all 6 Expedition Intel Lifesprings in Cosmo Canyon region. Here is the location:
Go there, hold 
to summon the Jabberwock. Defeat it for the Jabberwock Horn, it’s a guaranteed drop. If you already defeated it and used the material you can go there and fight it again.
Afterward you can continue with Side Quest: Trouble in Paradise. You will also need another unique crafting Material called Malboro Tendril from the Classified Intel in Gongaga region. The other materials are commonly found in the open world, once you have everything you can use the Item Transmuter menu to craft the Legendary Bait.
