Sitsum Shrine in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is found in Eldin region.
Sitsum Shrine Location
You reach this Shrine during Main Quest: Yunobo of Goron City. It’s on top of Death Mountain (Volcano) in Eldin region. You can get up there by putting a fan on a cart and driving it up the rails around the Volcano.
Sitsum Shrine Solution
This Shrine is about “A Controlling Device”, it teaches you how to use levers to drive machines with wheels and wings.
- Climb on top of the wheeled cart on the left and press
to interact with the lever on top of it. This allows you to drive the vehicle forward using the Left Stick 
. Drive it up the ramp on the left where the enemy stands.
- There will be some bird devices on the floor. Use Ultrahand on the lever of the wheeled cart and wiggle the Right Stick left/right until it comes loose. Now attach the lever on top of a bird. Make sure the lever is facing FORWARD (not backward). If it’s facing backward the controls won’t work very well.
- Hit the fans on the bird and quickly use the lever with . Glide to the left side where you see a green glowing light (it’s the end of the shrine). You can control the bird with the Left Stick, land it near the green light, press
to jump off.
Interact with the green altar here for 1 Light of Blessing. It also restores your health and unlocks the shrine as a permanent fast travel point.
