Gajau Scale is a crafting component in Monster Hunter World. It is used to craft high-rank gear.

Gajau Scale is dropped from the following small fish monster:

• Gajau (Ancient Forest, Wildspire Waste)
  • It drops only on high-rank (6 Stars+)!
    

You can defeat these monsters as often as you wish to farm Gajau Scale, they respawn when fast traveling to another map.
