Cursed Tomb Treasure is a Side Quest in Hogwarts Legacy. This walkthrough will guide you through all objectives of the Cursed Tomb Treasure side mission and the Mysterious Map Fragment treasure solution.

Requirement: Having Finished Main Quest: The Helm of Urtkot
Reward: Appearances, 180XP
Mission Info: While exploring the basement of an old manor near the Southern Coast, I came upon a locked chest. I should unlock the chest to see what it holds.
Objectives:
- Open the locked chest under the old manor in Manor Glen
- Use the Mysterious Map Fragment to find the treasure
Starting Location: Cursed Tomb Treasure
Open the locked chest under the old manor in Manor Glen
To get to the chest, go to the underground of the Manor. Use the entrance marked on the picture below.
Once inside turn to your right and go downstairs, and enter the underground through the locked door. This has a Level 3 Lock which requires Alohomora Level 3 spell, unlocked from collecting 22 Demiguise Statues. See Demiguise Statue Locations. Alternatively, you can find a statue on the hill outside the manor and use Incendio to light it up, then the statue turns and you can step inside to be brought to the basement.
After unlocking the door follow the given path until you reach the chest. Be aware, right before the chest you will face some strong enemies. The chest will contain a map with a hint of where to go next.
Use the Mysterious Map Fragment to find the treasure
The mysterious map hint leads to the Tomb of Treachery.
Inside the Tomb go straight forward until you reach a room with an open stone coffin.
Turn to your left in this room and cast Incendio to get through the spider web and go straight forward.
You will reach a room with a closed door with a butterfly puzzle.
To the right of this door, are two butterflies. Cast Incendio on the first Butterfly to free it from the spider web, then Lumos, and lead it to the door.
The second butterfly is in the same room as the first one, cast Lumos and lead it to the door.
The third butterfly is to the left of the door. To reach it, cast Incendio to free the block, then cast Wingardium Levioso to move it. Now get up on the block to reach the third butterfly, and lead it with Lumos to the door.
The door is now open, pass it and follow the given path into a room with a puzzle on the ground.
Cast Flipendo on the three marked plates from the picture below in any order you want.
A chest will appear, open it.

You can get to the chest without alohomora, just enter through a small chapel on the hill near the labyrinth. The entrance will show after lighting the torch pit
The flippendo puzzle needs more instructions: Ensure the arrows are pointing upwards in the left and right bottom squares and the square above the circle/centre, and ensure all other squares are blank.
