Game Info
God of War Ragnarok is a direct continuation of the story of 2018’s God of War. It picks up where the last game ended. God of War Ragnarok has a very similar structure to the last game. The game is divided into realms and sub-regions. There is a collectible counter in each area that shows you how many percent completion you have achieved. For the Platinum Trophy you need basically 100% completion, all collectible types except for Lore and Buried Treasures are tied to Trophies. Nothing is missable, you can still get all Collectibles and Trophies after the story in free roam. A few story areas are locked after the story but they don’t contain any items for completion. A story playthrough takes about 20 hours on lowest difficulty, 30 hours on normal, 40 hours on highest difficulty. The 100% cleanup after the story takes another 15-20 hours depending on how much you already did during the story. On average it will take around 40-50 hours to obtain 100% completion. Because nothing is missable you can enjoy the game as you wish and don’t need to worry about anything. Just grab what you find yourself during the story, come back for the rest after the story. Most regions can’t be completed on the first visit because you’ll be missing the required abilities, but these all become available gradually from story progress.

FAQ
- Are there More than Two Weapons?
- Is there New Game+?
- Is there enough XP to buy all Skills?
- What does Health Bar Color mean?
Liakos says
We will get mjolnir as a weapon??
PowerPyx says
No. See All Weapons.
Adrian Gomez says
Anything about the Iduun Apple?
PowerPyx says
They are in the Nornir Chests, you get them all automatically while going for 100% / collecting Nornir Chests.
The chests you open alternate between giving you Apples and Horns (Health and Rage increase). The items aren’t fixed to one chest, it depends on how many you opened previously what item the next Nornir chest will give.
Ravindra Gowtham says
The release date of the game says November 9th “2018”
PowerPyx says
Oopsie, I had copied the template from God of War 2018 wiki, that’s how the wrong year ended up there. Fixed now, good spotting, thanks!
