Introduction
Welcome to the Destroy All Humans 2 Reprobed! Trophy Guide (PS5 Remake / Remaster)! Crypto and Pox are back for their usual earth-destruction shenanigans in this remake of the 2000s sequel to Destroy All Humans. Compared to the first game in the franchise, the Platinum is a lot easier and faster. This time around there are no challenges and the story’s optional objectives are a lot easier, too. However, what makes this entry in the franchise even easier are the Mutators, cheats you can enable when replaying any mission without voiding any trophies or optional objectives. Together with the usual story-related trophies and some miscellaneous trophies, you also have to play a lot of side missions, skate along specific parts of the maps, collect Artwork, Posters, Songs, and destroy one Public Toilet per map.
Step 1: Play through Story while doing Optional Objectives, Unlock all Gene Blender upgrades
For your first step, focus on finishing the story. Along the way, try to complete as many optional objectives as possible. If needed you can always replay the missions with Mutators enabled for an easier time if you struggle on your first run. Using the Mutators is actually encouraged in a few instances to avoid too much frustration. Refer to Destroy All Humans 2 Reprobed! All Optional Objectives Guide on how to complete all optional objectives in the easiest and fastest way possible. As you visit each map for the first time, spend some time completing the recipes needed to upgrade your Gene Blender. Completing these challenges is very quick and easy and will allow you to make both Crypto and the Saucer a lot stronger.
Step 2: Collectibles and S.K.A.T.E. Routes
Return to Bay City to start collecting Artwork, Posters, and Songs. While collecting, you need to destroy one Public Toilet on each map. Refer to our Destroy All Humans 2 Reprobed! Collectibles Guide for the location of all collectible types, including the Public Toilets and the human cattle hidden hives. As you revisit each map for collectibles, take a moment to skate along the specific routes for all S.K.A.T.E. trophies. The reason to do the collectibles as your second step is because you need 30 Artworks (aka Alien Artifacts) for one of the Arkvoodle missions in Step 3.
Step 3: Arkvoodle Missions and Odd Jobs
Now return to Bay City and start completing side content: Arkvoodle and Odd Jobs missions. As you play through these, you’ll also unlock some of the side content trophies, such as Transmitting From Sol-3. Refer to Arkvoodle Doodle and Against All Odds for a list of all the available side missions on each map. These missions are very quick to do.
Step 4: Clean-Up and Miscellaneous Trophies
Now that you’ve taken care of everything the game has to offer, you might still have to clear out some optional objectives from the story and unlock some of the miscellaneous trophies, such as PK Slam Dunk and Higher Than the Futen Zoku. Refer to the trophy descriptions below for anything you have left.

Perfect Probulator Score three perfectly-timed Anal Probes in a row |
||
The Anal Probe is a weapon unlocked automatically from story progress in World 2: Albion, “Mission 7: No Pox, Please – We’re British!”. To do a perfect hit, aim at an enemy and hold > release when the enemy turns green (when the line that aims at the enemy turns green). You must do this 3 times in a row. Just release the button when the line is green. Critical hits replenish your ammo immediately. Can be done anywhere after the Anal Probe has been unlocked.
Ducks in a Row, Fish in a Barrel Line up three humans with the Dislocator and send them sprawling |
||
First, you need the Dislocator weapon which is a story-related unlock in Mission 1: Furon Loathing in Bay City. Then, you need to find an area with lots of humans. Here, equip the Dislocator from the Weapon Selector ( ), then to use and charge it. When in use, a tether will come out of it. To start lining up humans, point the tether at a human. Once you’ve lined up one human, move around until you’ve lined up a second one. One two humans are lined up, the tether will turn orange. Now you need to line up a third human. Once you’ve lined up three humans and the tether stays orange, release and the trophy should unlock. Lining up three humans is a bid finicky, so this may take some practice. If you want make this easier, you can unlock the Rowdy Rover AI upgrade for 14 Furotech or wait for Mission 27: Destination Moon where it is an almost guaranteed unlock.

Dusted Outrun Blisk Spores with S.K.A.T.E. |
||
A perfect opportunity to unlock this is during Mission 22: A Hard Day’s Fight. After collecting the crystals, you’ll be attacked by some Blisk. For this you need a perfect Anal Probe. Only then will they release tentacle spores bent on chasing you. Once a spore starts chasing you, run away. For an easier time, it is encouraged to have the Dash ability fully upgraded. If everything goes well, the trophy should unlock as you run away. You can replay this mission by going to a Saucer Landing Site and selecting the Holopoxdeck.

Stand in front of the hoop and press + to activate PK Slam. Now simply pass the ball through the hoop while it’s yellow (you DON’T have to release the button to slam it, just keep holding to so it stays glowing yellow). You can jump up and down to pass it through the hoop. If, for some reason, you lose the ball and can’t retrieve it, unfortunately the only way is to travel to another planet, then back to Solaris to respawn the ball.

Ultimate Smoothie Unlock all Gene Blender upgrades |
||
The Gene Blender is one of the available menus when you interact with your Saucer. Interact with any landing zone and board your saucer. While flying it, press to open the Gene Blender menu. In here, you can track any recipe by pressing . Each recipe requires a specific type of human that you need to abduct while flying the Saucer. To be able to abduct humans, you need to open the Weapon Selector and switch to the Slurpmaster V8. Now, fly over the people and hold and to abduct them. Since it’s kind of hard to see who you’re abducting, it’s a lot faster to just fly around a city and hold and and abduct whomever you find. Once you’ve completed a recipe, switch to a new one and repeat the process. To unlock this trophy, you need to unlock all Gene Blender upgrades for all cities.

Thank you for the trophy guide. Since this game is not on PS4 (which I expected it to be on since it looks similar to the first remake), I’m looking forward to playing it when I eventually get a PS5.
FranciRoosters says
You’re welcome
YesilDevTR says
Hi, I stuck on I tried to play the mission Freaky Flyers and something happen, now i can’t continue story missions, i can only travel around in free world. Tunguska missions can’t be seen. What should I do?? Will i lost all the progress i had??
FranciRoosters says
Did the Freaky Flyers quest auto-complete upon starting it perhaps?
YesilDevTR says
Does anybody find a solution for that bug? Powerpyx you wrote it on your notes, could you find a solution? I am trying to replay the freaky flyers but in bay city there is nobody 🙁
Jabberwalky- says
Hey buddy. Just seeing your post. I kept an eye on my game and didn’t have any issues. I finished freaky flyers and the next mission popped up. In bay city I think. But anyway, I finished freaky flyers AFTER the main story missions. So. It didn’t bug out on me. I dunno
ryudo says
Toilet Break
Demolish a public toilet on each map
The Public toilet is bugged…it is invisible and you can Walk trough
Even if i restart the Game it is still invisible
ryudo says
Freshly Squeezed
Destroy a dastardly double agent in Albion
Automatic story-related trophy, cannot be missed.
Did Not pop Automatic… I completed all in Albion but this Trophy doesn’t pop
desmod99 says
I got the same problem. Trophy didn’t pop for me. Did you find a solution ?
THGhost says
I tried starting a new save file and hoped that would fix it. Unfortunately it didn’t.
THGhost says
I managed to figure it out. You need to defeat the boss using only the Anal Probe. I have no idea why, but that got the trophy to pop for me. It worked via mission select, so no need to start a new save file.
YesilDevTr says
Any update on this bug man ? Only you’d know 🙂
Alex says
I just finished the story, do I pick “New Game” to finish side quest and collectibles or do I load game?
FranciRoosters says
Simply press “Continue” from the main menu.
Jason says
I’m having the same issue the continue option is locked or blacked out. It’s only new game or load that’s available. And I’ve completed the story
terminator5608 says
I completed the story but the continue bit doesn’t show for me sadly 🙁 anyone had this problem ?
Alex says
Yeah, that happened to me too. I loaded my save, which put me a few minutes before the final boss, I defeated the boss again and “Continue” showed up in the main menu.
Alex says
I started the mission “Freaky Flyers” and in the middle of talking to Shama Llama, I luckily saw the note on the guide about this mission causing a bug so I quickly quit the game, backed my save up, and turned of auto upload. I started the mission again and nothing happens. The mission objectives don’t show up. Is there a way to fix this? Did quitting the game in the middle of speaking to Shama Llama prevent a possible fix?
Alex says
Sorry, disregard my previous post. I’m an idiot, I just had to go to Bay City and do another quest, then come back to Shama Llama. I skipped the dialog.
FranciRoosters says
There’s no workaround for this, except reloading your cloud save if you did one. It’s a matter of luck, honestly.
Terra says
I find the Milenkov fight impossible even on the easiest difficulty. I did not know that you have to just keep attacking him until his armor breaks and stops regenerating. That takes all your ammo. He has a red laser attack you cannot avoid because it tracks you so you cannot dodge out of the way You have to go and hide behind a pillar to let your health regenerate and while you are doing that, those Blisk parasites show up and dive bomb you. Apparently, you take poison damage because even on the other side of the arena away from the boss and nothing around me, my health just started depleting and I died. I ran out of stuff to turn into ammo too when the boss was at like half health. And you waste so much time because the game gives you ammo you don’t need for weapons you don’t even use. Poorest design I have ever seen for a boss fight, and plus the game crashed three times during the fight. This may well be a platinum breaker for me. Just not being able to beat the game.
Jason says
Use the saucer which I did and 2 sonic booms killed him
THGhost says
Just choose a weapon and use all of your ammo for it on him, then switch to another weapon, rinse, repeat. It’s incredibly easy.
Pat says
I didn’t get the ouch of body experience trophy during the mission and can’t replay it. This should be moved to missable
PowerPyx says
This is normally always replayable. Must be a bug. It’s not normally missable.
THGhost says
You can replay it. Just use the Holopoxdeck and select the mission.
Were you using PK Slam? I did that a couple of times myself and it didn’t work. You need to simply throw one of Shama Llama’s dead bodies into another one, without PK Slam. Just use the regular PK throw. Worked first time for me.
Fred says
Just so everyone knows, because I’ve seen a few people bring it up, there is in fact a progression breaking bug where you just get locked out and your only options are “new game” or to “load game”. It happened to me when I beat the game, where I got the “you can free roam” message but my “Continue” option is blacked out. But I’ve seen on Reddit a few people state it happened to them at various points in the game as well
PhantomFear94 says
So I know the end-boss can have a no damage glitch…but 3 restarts, and nothing is working. Did anyone else ever come up with any other fix for this? Sort of ridiculous this bug is still in the game 4 months after launch, yet they patched out a cheese for the fight.
Anonymous says
Game is now available on PS4 & Xbox One. The last-gen version doesn’t have co-op, but all DLC is included. PS4 and PS5 versions are separate, no crossbuy.
By the way, to anyone concerned about the technical problems, they released a patch to coincide with the last-gen version, so hopefully it’s relatively polished now (I won’t know for myself until I start it, after I’m done with my next few games).

I just earned the Platinum trophy on PS5 in over 23 hours. Game had no major bugs, but I did have to reload a checkpoint in a mission that wouldn’t progress, which then made the mission work properly. Also, the game doesn’t always know how to handle skipping dialogue, because it ends up repeating the same line, and then potentially skipping the next line, even though I’m only trying to skip the current one. Overall, I think Destroy All Humans 2: Reprobed is a good game and it is now safe to earn the Platinum trophy.
Omega says
How did you get the optional mandate trophy to pop? I’ve replayed all the story missions where I had to do the optional objectives but seems it’s not working sadly.
Anonymous says
That’s unfortunate that you didn’t earn the trophy. For me, I completed all optional objectives when finishing the missions for the first time, with the exception of 2 missions in which I didn’t complete all optional objectives, and then had to replay them in order to do so. As long as you’ve completed all optional objectives in all missions (not sure if side missions count, because I earned the trophy before completing the optional objectives in the final side missions that unlock after the ending), then the trophy should pop…
Maybe you should check all the maps to see if you’ve missed any missions and be certain that all optional objectives have been completed, (even though I doubt you have missed any), because if you’ve done everything, then the trophy is seemingly glitched for you.
Simon says
The collectibles are definitely glitched on this game for many people:(
