Stray Chapter 12 contains 2 Collectible Locations. This walkthrough will guide you to all collectibles in Chapter 12 in chronological order. Everything that’s needed for trophies and 100% completion is included: B-12 Memories, Badges, Scratch Points, Nuzzles, Sheet Music, Energy Drinks.
None of the Collectibles are missable. You can still get everything via Chapter Select after the story. The amount of collected Memories can be tracked in the Chapter Select screen. In Chapter 3 you unlock the Inventory to track collected Sheet Music and Energy Drinks. The Badges will show as stickers on your cat’s backpack. Check the sides of the backpack carefully to see them, each has a unique design to differentiate them. The Nuzzles and Scratch Points can’t be tracked anywhere so pay special attention to them. You only need to scratch one single interactable object per chapter such as trees, carpets or walls. If there are multiple you can ignore the additional ones. If you restart a checkpoint or die grab the items again to make sure they count.

Chapter 12: Control Room
#1 – Scratch #12
Automatic story-related, unmissable. You’ll have to scratch the wall panel to enter the control room for story purposes. You should unlock the trophy Territory 
at this point. If not it means you missed Scratching in a Chapter or died and didn’t scratch again. In that case try to combine it with your next speedrun playthrough by scratching once in each chapter again.
#2 – Memory 1/1
Automatic story-related, unmissable. Given to you by B-12 when entering the Control Room (cutscene). You should unlock the trophy I Remember! 
at this point if you found all Memories. If you missed any, use Chapter Select after the story to grab the missing ones.

Anyone have issue not saving last story related memory? Every time I finish this level shows 0/1 memories.

I have exactly the same issue after completing the game, chapter 12 still shows 0/1 memories. Even though the memory can’t be missed as it’s part of the story.
Strangely there’s only 27 memories according to the main chapter select page, but if you add up all the memories as indicated by each individual chapter it adds up to a lot more than 27, so the counts displayed might be counting other collectibles like scratch pads and badges?

I am having the same issue, I am just going to complete another save and hope it does not do the same thing, it is an annoying glitch
