Have you come across the problem that your health doesn’t regenerate anymore in Assassin’s Creed Origins? That it only recovers a third of your health bar?
Worry not, it is not a bug or glitch! The solution is simple: you have a cursed weapon equipped. Unequip the cursed weapon and your health will go back to normal 🙂
For example, one cursed weapon is given to you during a side quest, called “Imitation Siwan Khopesh”. It’s a legendary weapon with pretty good damage stats so many people will equip it right away, not knowing what the Cursed effect actually does. Essentially, the cursed weapons do hefty damage but limit your own health to only 33%. That’s probably not a great trade, especially not if you’re playing on hard difficulty. The game doesn’t do a good job at explaining these effects so it’s easy to overlook. Anyway, not a health regeneration glitch, just a negative buff.
What if it wont let you unequip it? I cant sell it, give it away and I am not using it, but still my health wont regenerate.
To clarify, I did unequip, but my health stays low. I cannot remove it from my inventory.

Has to be a glitch I have no cursed weapons in inventory.
There is a mission that you probably haven’t or didn’t complete. It’s a ritual mission you must do. Before the ritual, you are affected by a poison you drank. Once the ritual is done, you’re health is restored completely. Not a game glitch. I assure you.

No cursed weapon, no incomplete mission on my log about any poisons. Health not coming back up from 25%. Drank the potion to prevent petrification, ended up killing the potion maker. Now what?
The cursed Legendary weapon is the Falx of Olympos. Just unequip & your good to go.
My health is full & I have the ability for it to regenerate in combat but this doesn’t happen & I have to get out of conflict?? No cursed weapon.
