Elden Ring All Talisman Locations

This guide shows all Elden Ring Talisman Locations. Talismans are a type of gear that grants permanent passive buffs while equipped. Particularly the ones that raise your resistance to certain types of damage can be useful when facing bosses using that damage type. Some also give a boost to certain types of weapons to increase your damage output.

• Axe Talisman
  • Limgrave: Mistwood Ruins – underground area in the middle of the ruins. Guarded by a sleeping giant bear.
• Arrow’s Reach Talisman
  • Limgrave: Gatefront/Stormgate – In the south-west of Stormgate you can ride down the path to get to the Gatefront. There are 3 enemies there and a glowing chest with this item.
• Flamedrake Talisman
  • Limgrave: Groveside Cave – Obtained from beating Beastman of Farum Azula.
• Assassin’s Crimson Dagger
  • Limgrave: Deathtouched Catacombs – Dropped by the boss “Black Knife Assassin” in Deathtouched Catacombs
• Radagon’s Scarseal
  • Weeping Peninsula: Weeping Evergaol – Dropped by the boss “Ancient Hero of Zamor”. Must use 1 Stonesword Key on the Imp Statue in front of the Evergaol, only then you can fight the boss.
• Sacred Scorpion Charm
  • Caelid: Smoldering Church – Defeat NPC invader that spawns when you approach the church
• Arrow’s Sting Talisman
  • Caelid: Impassable Greatbridge – Top floor of the tower directly beside the site of grace, in a chest
• Curved Sword Talisman
  • Stormveil Castle: Stormveil Cliffside – Head up the cliffs and inside, then to the top floor of the room with the wooden staircases. Go into the dark room that you get locked inside, then this is in the chest in the far corner.
• Arsenal Charm
  • Roundtable Hold – Speak to the barbarian woman at Roundtable hall after defeating Godrick.
• Hammer Talisman
  • Limgrave, Stormhill: dropped by an invader (red ghost), in the north-east of Stormhill near some big ruins.
• Boltdrake Talisman
  • Limgrave, Stormhill: Limgrave Tower Bridge – Just east of the site of grace, this is on a body once you start onto the bridge
• Blue-Feathered Brachsword
  • Limgrave: Warmaster’s Shack – South-east of this site of grace there are a bunch of giants walking near some ruins. Approach the ruins at night to trigger the Deathbird boss fight (can advance time at site of grace). It’s a drop from Deathbird boss.
• Faithful’s Canvas Talisman
  • Caelid: Sellia Crystal Tunnel – Guarded by 2 bug enemies just before the boss room.
• Spear Talisman
  • Liurnia of the Lakes: Lakeside Crystal Cave – In the second room with a larger demihuman, in a chest.
• Cerulean Amber Medallion
  • Liurnia of the Lakes: Lakeside Crystal Cave -Drop from Bloodhound Knight boss at the bottom of the cave.
• Crucible Knot Talisman
  • Liurnia of the Lakes: Village of the Albinaruics – Drop from Omenkiller boss on upper level of the village.
• Shabriri’s Woe
  • Liurnia of the Lakes: Frenzied Flame Village – In the center of the village on the steps of a building, by the group of soldiers
• Erdtree’s Favor
  • Limgrave: Fringefolk Hero’s Cave – On the 2nd slope further in to cave, there is a part with 2 sides where you can drop off. Guarded by 2 scion enemies that ambush you as you approach it across a small bridge.
• Crimson Amber Medallion
  • Weeping Peninsula: Morne Rampart – Purchased from Nomadic Merchant for 1500 Runes.
• Blessed Dew Talisman
  • Leyndell, Royal Capital: Divine Bridge – Head West and look in the chest to the right and you will find this Talisman.
• Cerulean Seed Talisman
  • Liurnia of the Lakes: Study Hall Entrance – Found on the rafters in the circular room when fighting the Furled Finger Preceptor Miriam.
• Viridian Amber Medallion
  • Weeping Peninsula: Tombsward Cave – Found at the end of the cave by defeating Miranda the Blighted Bloom.
• Crimson Seed Talisman
  • Altus Plateau: Sainted Hero’s Grave – Found inside the grave in the imp’s locked room.
• Radagon’s Soreseal
  • Greyoll’s Dragonbarrow: Fort Faroth – Head inside the fort and make your way to the ladder past the bats. Climb the ladder and look off the top landing to the right and drop down to the rooftops below. Head into the hole on the far side of the roof and once on the scaffolding below follow the scaffolding to the end and turn around and look to the left of the scaffolding. Jump to the opening and follow that path to the end and you will find this in a chest guarded by a giant rat.
• Marika’s Scarseal
  • Siofra River: Worshippers’ Woods – Head to the base of the waterfalls to the Northeast where you will fight a Dragonkin Soldier. at the base of the waterfall behind him is this talisman.
• Marika’s Soreseal
  • Elphael, Brace of the Haligtree: Prayer Room – Exit the room and immediately drom down to the roof to your right. Follow the path down to the North and jump to the tower to the right (Second tower but first close enough to jump to). Jump off to the pathway to the East and watch out for the Erdtree Avatar and follow the path to the South. Jump over the railing to the West and onto the rooftop of the building below. Drop down and use a Stonesword Key to get into the room of the building you just dropped down to and you will find this talisman in a chest.
• Starscourge Heirloom
  • Fort Gael North: Fort Gael – Found inside the Fort in a chest on the upper section of the fort.
• Prosthesis-Wearer Heirloom
  • Caelid: Gowry’s Shack – Obtained by Gowry once you complete the questline involving Gowry and Millicent.
• Dragoncrest Greatshield Talisman
  • Elphael, Brace of the Haligtree: Drainage Channel – Exit the channel and follow the tree limbs to the North untiol you can’t go any farther, drop down to the building arm below and follow it to the tree limb to the east and drop down to the subsequent piece of the building. Head Southwest up the column and follow the branch at the end to the rooftop of the building to the North. Drop onto the rafters below and you will see a chest just below guarded by 3 roach enemies. Defeat them and open the chest for this talisman.
• Spelldrake Talisman
  • Weeping Peninsula: Earthbore Cave – Obtained by defeating Runebear at the end of the cave.
• Immunizing Horn Charm
  • Ainsel River: Ainsel River Downstream – Follow the river West and in the opening it is found on a corpse behind all the ants ahead in the opening.
• Clarifying Horn Charm
  • Siofra River: Below the Well – Head up the stairs towards the lift and you will find a corpse on the stairs with this talisman.
• Mottled Necklace
  • Liunria of the Lakes: The Four Belfries – Use the portal activated by two Stonesword Keys at the portal just off the cliff to the right of the Site of Grace. Follow the rocks in the new area down to the ruins below. Watch out for the Crucible Knight down here and you will find this on a body on the western side of the ruins.
• Prince of Death’s Pustule
  • Stormveil Castle: Liftside Chamber – Exit through the slocked door on the side you need to open from the other side and make your way to the lowest level and drop down to where the Ulcerated Erdtree Spirit is. Defeat it and continue to the back of the room where you will find this on a corpse laying on the ground.
• Prince of Death’s Cyst
  • Deeproot Depths: Across the Roots – Look directly South to see a waterfall straight ahead. Make your way to the bottom floor below and head toward that waterfall where you will be attacked by a Runebear. Defeat the Runebear and you will obtain this Talisman.
• Lance Talisman
  • Limgrave: Deathtouch Catacombs – Leave the Catacombs and head Northeast towards the cliff edge and you will find this on the body shortly before reaching the cliff edge.
• Graven-School Talisman
  • Raya Lucaria Academy: Debate Parlor – Head out of the West side door and before heading down stairs look on the right side of the room for an invisible wall. Head through and look for a ladder on the left side of the room. Climb up and head East and jump over the railing at the back of the room and fall through the hole in the floor. In the small hall drop down again to the floor below and you will find this talisman in this room.
• Primal Glintstone Blade
  • Moutaintops of the Giants: Stargazer’s Ruins – Locate the Jellyfish in this set of ruins and summon the Spirit Jellyfish Ashes near it. They will disappear revealing a staircase heading down under the ruins where you will find this talisman.
• Radagon Icon
  • Raya Lucaria Academy: Debate Parlor – Head out of the door to the North and once outside immediately head to the right and run to the corner of the courtyard and jump over the railing facing South. On the platform below head up the ladder straight ahead and up the small staircase ahead. Jump through the broken window and head right. Follow this balcony to a chest with this talisman.
• Roar Medallion
  • Limgrave: Limgrave Tunnels – Obtained by defeating Stonedigger Troll at the end of the cave.
• Blue Dancer Charm
  • Stormhill: Highroad Cave – Obtained by defeating Guardian Golem at the end of the cave.
• Lightning Scorpion Charm
  • Altus Plateau: Wyndham Catacombs – Found within the Catacombs behind a fog door requiring a Stonesword Key to access.
• Ritual Shield Talisman
  • Leyndell, Royal Capital: West Capital Rampart – Head South and follow that path under the root and up the stairs. Head upwards to the top of the hill and you will find this in an alcove of the coliseum.
• Winged Sword Insignia
  • Liurnia of the Lakes: Stillwater Cave – Obtained by defeating Cleanrot Knight at the end of the cave.
• Crepus’s Vial
  • Mt. Gelmir: Volcano Manor – Obtained by defeating Rileigh the Idle during the Volcano Manor questline and turning the quest back in.
• Longtail Cat Talisman
  • Raya Lucaria Academy: Schoolhouse Classroom – Leave the classroom to the West and take the rotating lift down to the very bottom where there is a pendulum enemy. Beyond this enemy on the ground is this talisman.
• Assassin’s Cerulean Dagger
  • Liurnia of the Lakes: Black Knife Catacombs – Obtained by defeating Black Knife Assassin at the end of the catacombs.
• Bull-Goats Talisman
  • Greyoll’s Dragonbarrow: Dragonbarrow Cave – Head inside the cave and follow the cave wall on the left all the way until you reach a small open area. The talisman will be in this small opening.
• Carian Filigreed Crest
  • Liurnia of the Lakes: Road to the Manor – Sold by War Counselor Iji after giving Ranni the Fingerslayer Blade and telling Iji.
• Claw Talisman
  • Stormveil Castle: Rampart Tower – Head back inside and make your way to the top floor and make your way around the circle at the top and outside. Take out the enemies and look at the eastern wall from where you entered. Get onto the ledge of the wall using the sacks in front of it and follow the top of the wall South. Once on the other ledge run and jump to the ledge to the East. Follow the ledge around and jump into the broken towers middle and drop down. Drop down outside to the rooftop below. On the Northwestern side you can traverse across a small roof to the rooftop ahead. Use the broken piece of building to make your way to a ledge over the rooftop you are on. Follow the ledge to the open area and defeat all the enemies and climb the ladder in front of you and at the top will be this talisman.
• Crucible Scale Talisman
  • Subterranean Shunning-Grounds: Leyndell Catacombs – Head through the catacombs until you get to the tunnel with fire blowing through it. Wait for the fire and make your way to the end and roll into the pillar spewing flames to make to retract. hop on top of it and ride it up to a platform above where it will lead to a room with this talisman in it.
• Dragoncrest Shield Talisman
  • Greyoll’s Dragonbarrow: Bestial Sanctum – Leave the Sanctum and immediately turn right and head toward the cliff behind where the two eagles are perched and look down to a root you can drop to. On the south side of the root drop down to another root. Drop again to the dome below and then all the way to the ground. Now use the columns to traverse your way down even farther to a platform way down below. Once you get to the very bottom the talisman is on a corpse at the fourth from the right’s column.
• Fire Scorpion Charm
  • Mt. Gelmir: Seethwater Terminus – Head Northwest into Fort Laiedd. Once inside the fort head into the doorway ahead and up the stairs. on the rooftops head to the Northwest corner and you can jump on the left wall and on to a balcony on the other side where you will find this Talisman next to an apparition.
• Godskin Swaddling Cloth
  • Mountaintops of the Giants: Spiritcaller’s Cave – Dropped by the Spiritcaller Snail at the end of the cave. You will need to defeat the Godskin Duo one after the other.
• Great-Jar Arsenal
  • Caelid: Dee Siofra Well – Head North to the giant living jar ‘The Great-Jar’ sitting in front of the Coliseum. Speak to him and defeat the 3 NPC summons and you will receive this talisman.
• Green Turtle Talisman
  • Limgrave: Summonwater Village Outskirts – Head East looking for a staircase leading to a fog wall with a turtle roaming around at the top. Use a Stonesword Key to open the gate and head downstairs. Head to the room in the back and open the door to reveal the chest that has this talisman.
• Haligdrake Talisman
  • Limgrave: Seaside Ruins – Head south and use the ruins to platform your way down starting from near the mini-land octopus’. Make your way down to the beach below and head into the cave along the cliffside near the soldier with the bonfire. Once in the cave head up the hill to find this item on the cliff ahead.
• Kindred of Rot’s Exultation
  • Mt. Gelmir: Seethewater Cave – Obtained at the end of the cave after defeating Kindred of Rot.
• Lord of Blood’s Exultation
  • Subterranean Shunning-Grounds: Leyndell Catacombs – Obtained at the end of the catacombs after defeating Esgar, Priest of Blood.
• Moon of Nokstella
  • Ainsel River Main: Nokstella, Eternal City – Take the stairs upstairs and follow that path all the way to the end of the path where you are in a cathedral with a whip enemy and 2 Mimic Tears. Defeat them and open the chest at the head of the Cathedral to obtain this talisman.
• Pearldrake Talisman
  • Mt. Gelmir: Wyndham Ruins – Locate the stairs leading to a fog gate in the Northern area of the ruins. Use a Stonesword Key to open the fog gate at the top of the stairs and head down where you will be attacked by 3 skeletons. Defeat them and open the door at the end of the room to get the chest with this talisman in it.
• Sacrificial Twig
  • Weeping Peninsula: Isolated Merchant’s Shack – Sold by the Isolated Merchant for 3000 Runes each.
  • Sold by Patches in any of his locations.
• Stargazer Heirloom
  • Liurnia of the Lakes: Divine Tower of Liurnia – Obtained at the top of the Divine Tower on a body.
• Taker’s Cameo
  • Mt Gelmir: Volcano Manor – Obtained by Tanith after completing the third quest in the Volcano Manor questline.
• Twinblade Talisman
  • Weeping Peninsula: Behind the Castle – Follow the path down to the walkway leading to the roof. Jump across the space between roofs and once on the other roof drop down into the room below. Head outside the room and follow the path Northwest until you reach a ladder. Climb it and open the chest on the platform above to get this talisman.
• Two Fingers Heirloom
  • Liurnia of the Lakes: Purified Ruins – Head to the ruins from the Liurnia Highway North Site of Grace and locate the ruins with a bunch of guards in it. Take them out and locate the wooden planks on the ground and roll over them to reveal a stairset going downstairs. Head down the stairs and open the door to a chest containing this talisman.
• Godfrey Icon
  • Altus Plateau: Golden Lineage Evergaol – Defeat Godefroy the Grafted in the Evergaol for this talisman.
• Ancestral Spirit Horn
  • Roundtable Hold – Obtained from Finger Reader Enia by trading the Remembrance of the Regal Ancestors.
• Graven-Mass Talisman
  • Consecrated Snowfields: Albinauric Rise – Found at the top of the Rise. To open the rise you will need to use the Fanged Imps Ashes to defeat one of the ghost imps around the base of the Rise.
• Stalwart Horn Charm
  • Liurnia of the Lakes: Mausoleum Compound – From the Site of Grace head North and once on the top level open area head Southwest toward the rocks coming out of the ground like a tower head to the base of it and wrap around the base of the rock and through a small path in the rock. Through the rock on the platform you will find the talisman on a body.
• Crucible Feather Talisman
  • Capital Outskirts: Auriza Hero’s Grave – Head into the grave and make your way down the ramp dodging the chariot. At the bottom drop down and make your way forward until you get to another ramp. Head down and follow it to the bottom and on the ramp that doesn’t have an uphill from the chariot look over the edge and see wooden beams below. Drop down to these beams until you can’t drop down anymore and follow the beams over to the opening leading to a ladder. Head up the ladder and you will walk a hallway to another ramp, dodge the chariot and make your way to the bottom of the ramp and take the door on the left. Follow the hall all the way down and take out the ogre ahead to clear the room and grab the talisman on the body in the room.
• Gold Scarab
  • Greyoll’s Dragonbarrow: Abandoned Cave – Obtained after defeating the Cleanrot Knight duo at the end of the cave.
• Ritual Sword Talisman
  • Altus Plateau: Lux Ruins – Obtained at the end of the ruins inside of a chest after defeating Demi-Human Queen Gilika.
• Magic Scorpion Charm
  • Liurnia of the Lakes: Seluvis’s Rise – Obtained by giving the Amber Starlight to Preceptor Seluvis.
• Perfumer’s Talisman
  • Altus Plateau: Perfumer’s Ruins – Head into the ruins and go to the portion with the giant flower on it. In the middle of the platform roll to reveal a hidden staircase heading down to a door, inside the door is the chest containing this talisman.
• Silver Scarab
  • Forbidden Lands: Grand Lift of Rold – Head up to the lift and hoist the secret medallion and move forward into the hallway ahead. Exit into the big room and take the first set of steps up to the round platform. On the left side is a broken railing. Walk off the platform to land on an invisible path below, next look directly south and walk forward into the opening. Once in the hallway hit the wall to the West to reveal an extension to the hallway with a chest containing this talisman.
• Greatshield Talisman
  • Altus Plateau: Erdtree-Grazing Hill – From this Site of Grace look directly East towards the camp below. Head into the camp and go to the back of the first chariot on the right and open the chest in the back. That chest has this talisman.
• Warrior Jar Shard
  • For this Talisman you will have to attack and defeat Iron Fist Alexander before you get to Crumbling Farum Azula with his questline.
• Shard of Alexander
  • Crumbling Farum Azula – Defeat Iron Fist Alexander at the point of the questline where he is at Crumbling Farum Azula.
• Millicent’s Prosthesis
  • At the end of the Millicent questline you will be given a choice whether to fight Alongside Millicent or against her. For this Talisman you will need to opt to fight Millicent. Once defeated you get this talisman.
• Rotten Winged Sword Insignia
  • At the end of the Millicent questline you will be given a choice whether to fight Alongside Millicent or against her. For this Talisman you will need to opt to fight alongside Millicent. Once you both defeat Millicent’s sisters you will receive this talisman.
• Red-Feathered Branchsword
  • Liurnia of the Lakes: Scenic Isle – At night from the Site of Grace head directly Northeast and you will be ambushed by a Deathbird. Defeat it to obtain this talisman
• Dagger Talisman
  • Mt. Gelmir: Temple of Eiglay – Head up the Elevator to the North side of the room outside. Follow that path at the top of the elevator straight ahead. Follow that path until you get into the room with the poison enemies and snake enemies. Head up to the top level of this room and head through the door on the West side of the room. Use 2 Stonesword Keys on the fog door ahead. Once in the room with the hanging cages immediately turn right and drop down to a platform below. Head in the doorway and up the stairs. Once on the top landing head up the stairs in this room also and out onto the scaffolding. Follow the scaffolding to the item to the South to obtain this talisman.
• Companion Jar
  • Liurnia of the Lakes: Jarburg – Obtained at the end of the questline by Jar Bairn which starts in Jarburg.
• Flock’s Canvas Talisman
  • Caelid: Gowry’s Shack – Afteer completing Millicent’s Questline Gowry will start crying, you must attack and defeat Gowry once he is crying to obtain this talisman.
• Concealing Veil
  • Altus Plateau: Sage’s Cave – Obtained by defeating Black Knife Assassin at the end of the cave.
• Daedicar’s Woe
  • Mt. Gelmir: Volcano Manor – At the end of Rya’s questline you will find her in the Drawing Room. Once the questline is complete she will give you this talisman. If you opted to give Rya the Tonic of Forgetfulness you will have to speak to her in that room, leave and come back to find the talisman on the floor.
• Furled Finger’s Trick-Mirror
  • Roundtable Hold – Obtained by purchasing it from Twin Maiden Husks for 5000 Runes.
• Host’s Trick-Mirror
  • Roundtable Hold – Obtained by purchasing it from Twin Maiden Husks for 5000 Runes.
• Old Lord’s Talisman
  • Crumbling Farum Azula: Beside the Great Bridge – From this site of grace head upstairs to reach a bridge. Instead of going up the bridge turn around and head down the bridge. Then slide down a ladder to find this inside a chest in a tower. This is still before the main bosses “Beast Clergyman & Maliketh, the Black Blade”, if you reach these bosses you went too far and must head in the opposite direction of the boss door. It also counts as a legendary talisman.
