Always Bet on Chaos is a side quest in South Park The Fractured But Whole, which you will get the day after obtaining Stan as your buddy and defeating Professor Chaos.
Butters will let you know that he has some financial problems now. He is no longer able to pay his Mexican minions and wants you to join him on his trip to South Park Bank.
In the Bank you will see a cutscene which will be followed by a spinning wheel minigame. If you reach the 2nd highest rank in this minigame (top 0,01%), you will also unlock Corporate Wolf trophy. The game itself isn’t particularly hard. You can spin the wheel blindly and use your bonuses whenever you obtain them. Those will make leveling up easy and after each level up the wheel resets, so all the bankrupcy spaces on the wheel will be gone.
After leaving the bank you will once again have to deal with the Rednecks who you have already met a couple of times. This time they will be angry about Mexican minions stealing their jobs.
Just like every other fight with the Rednecks, this one isn’t hard at all. After deafeting all the Rednecks you will have completed another questline and you will also be able to use Butters’ skill to call his Mexican minions in battle. This skill is pretty good, since you can use the Mexicans as cannon fodder in fights.
