Far Cry 6 All Anti-Aircraft Cannons & Depleted Uranium Locations

October 4, 2021 by PowerPyx 4 Comments

Far Cry 6 has 26 Anti-Aircraft Cannon Locations. You need to destroy 16 of them for the Friendly Skies trophy or achievement. Destroying them also clears the airspace so you can fly any aircraft without being shot down. Furthermore, there’s 50 Depleted Uranium in a box at each of their locations. It will be marked on the minimap by a yellow radioactive icon. You need 1400 Depleted Uranium to buy all Supremos and Resolver Weapons. Buying all Supremos unlocks the Backpacking trophy and achievement. By grabbing all Depleted Uranium at each Anti-Aircraft Cannon you will get to 1450 total (150 you start with automatically), so more than enough to buy everything.

None of the Anti-Aircraft Cannon Sites are missable. You can still find and destroy all of them after the story in free-roam. They are easiest to find by flying in a helicopter or plane, then you’ll see a red circle on the map when you get near them and their location will be marked when entering their restricted airspace. If you stay too long in the restricted airspace you’ll be shot down, but you can get around this by flying very close to the ground.

Also note that there are 2 permanent restricted airspaces over Esperanza, but these don’t have any cannons tied to them and cannot be destroyed. Unlike the 26 cannons, the ones at Esperanza are rocket launchers that instantly shoot you down in one hit, but they cannot be found or destroyed in the world.

Anti-Aircraft Site Locations & Depleted Uranium Locations Map

This map uses the same numbering as the zoomed-in location images below, going through them region by region. Every Anti-Aircraft Cannon is also a Depleted Uranium location. Again, do note that the red circles over Esperanza aren’t destroyable anti-aircraft turrets, so those don’t count. There are also physical maps standing around near the Anti-Aircraft Sites that mark all 26, which is also shown below.

Isla Santuario

Anti-Aircraft Site #1: Iota

Madrugada (West Region)

Anti-Aircraft Site #2: Gamma

Anti-Aircraft Site #3: Nu

Anti-Aircraft Site #4: Eta

Anti-Aircraft Site #5: Omicron

Anti-Aircraft Site #22: Xi

Anti-Aircraft Site #23: Psi

Anti-Aircraft Site #24: Lambda

Anti-Aircraft Site #25: Zeta

Isla Del Leon (North Region)

Anti-Aircraft Site #26: Castillo Prime

That’s all 26 Anti-Aircraft Sites in Far Cry 6. Remember the two red circles in Esperanza aren’t Anti-Air Cannons and can’t be disabled, those stay on the map permanently.

    And yet….
None of them are marked in Esperanza city. No, not one. Yes, the no fly circle is there, but Ubisoft didn’t bother to finish the game. Sloppy half assed rush it out to get the money..?

Their not supposed to appear, it’s said right after the #26. Next time, read carefully every single word on a page before writing a hate comment, bye 🙂

You only need to buy all the Supremo’s for the Backtracking Trophy / Achievement. I got all the Supremo’s and still had a couple of Resolver weapons to buy but the Trophy unlocked.
