Requirement: Automatically given by Clara Garcia after completing previous main story mission “The Guerrilla“.
Reward: 150 Guerilla Experience, Cigar Cutter Charm
Mission Info: They hate visitors, but Clara suggested to start by finding that mechanic Philly Barzaga, their gatekeeper, at his workshop in Costa del Mar. He might help.
Objectives:
- Make contact with Philly
- Investigate the fort
- Find Maximas Matanzas
- Secure the camp
- Untie Talia
Starting Location: Meet Maximas Matanzas
Make contact with Philly
Enter the fort with the quest marker. Dani will speak and say to look for clues.
Investigate the fort
Read the note by the knife on the tablet just ahead after entering the fort.
Find Maximas Matanzas
Leave the fort and follow the linear blue path on the minimap to the next objective all the way to Camp Maximas here.
Secure the camp
Take out all the soldiers in the camp, there are 6 of them in total.
Untie Talia
Go over to Talia and hold 
to untie her to complete the mission.
