Go to the highest point of Qingce Village to search for fragments is an objective in Genshin Impact during world quest The Chi of Yore. This guide shows the solution.
The “highest point” is the mountain east of Qingce Village. You need to climb to the very top. Here’s the location circled in red:
Getting up there will require quite a long climb. You don’t have enough stamina to climb the tallest walls in one go, so instead you must climb it in portions. There is usually a ledge where you can climb up and rest to let your stamina recharge. For a start it’s best to approach from the south-east where the “Wuwang Hill” text is on the map. There’s a slope you can follow that leads to near the top. Then it’s just a short climb to the peak.
Remember to not do dashes/jumps while climbing, those consume much more stamina. Climb slowly – it takes longer but consumes less stamina and lets you travel further without a break.
Once you reach the peak you will find 8 statues there. You must activate 4 of them and ignore the other 4. The image below shows the exact 4 you must interact with, seen from the branch at the very top of the peak.
When done correctly, a chest will spawn at the edge of the mountain peak, same place where the 8 statues are. Open it to get a Fragment that lets you advance the quest.

you need to go to the town and speak to the tea vendor- he will then direct you to the village chief and she will tell you to go and find the rest of the fragments 🙂
