  Obtained by taking a standard picture of Tentacruel.

  Obtained by taking a picture of Tentacruel right after hitting it with a fluffruit.
  
• 3 Stars: Undersea Research Level 1 – A bit unusual!
  Obtained by taking a picture of Tentacruel dancing. To make it dance throw an illumina orb at it and play a Melody.
  
• 4 Stars: Undersea Research Level 2 – A friendly dance
  Take the alternate path and once you get to the portion you start to descend deep into the water you will notice there are three Tentacruel. Throw an illumina orb at the lowest of the three Tentacruel to get it to swim forward toward the end of the level. If you did this right and didn’t throw illumina orbs at the wrong Tentacruel you won’t see the one swimming ahead stopped by two more in the area with the Lumineon feeding off the sea floor. In the opening area just ahead you will see a Tentacruel near the ruins with a Frillish next to a Crystabloom flower. Throw an illumina orb at the Crystabloom flower and play a melody to make Tentacruel dance, this is its 4 star pose.
