This walkthrough shows how to do Silent Assassin, Suit Only Challenge in Hitman 3 Dubai (United Arab Emirates). This takes place in mission “On Top of the World”. We will also combine it with the Sniper Assassin Challenge in this guide.
To get Silent Assassin, Suit Only you can’t kill anyone except your targets, have no bodies found, don’t be detected, and do it all in your suit without putting on disguises. It’s the hardest challenge in each level. In the Game Options under Gameplay, HUD turn on “Silent Assassin HUD”. This shows two green pistols in the bottom left of the screen to confirm you haven’t broken stealth (if it turns red you failed and must reload the previous save). For “Sniper Assassin” you must kill your targets with a Sniper Rifle which can be combined nicely in this mission!

- Smuggled Item: Penthouse Ventilation, pick a Sniper Rifle (unlocked from Mastery Levels) – alternatively, you can equip ICA Briefcase MK III under gear and put the sniper rifle in there

- Concealed Weapon: Doesn’t matter, won’t be using firearms
- Gear 2: Lockpick MK III
- Other prerequisites: Should have opened this level’s Ventilation Area Shortcut.
Walkthrough
Step 1: Go up the stairs in the Atrium, take a left turn and find a keypad at the end of the path. Enter Code 4706 to enter the staff hallway. Walk past the servant on the phone. Throw a coin in the hallway to the right of the two guards to distract them, then sneak through the door left of them (Maintenance Room).
Step 2: Use your camera to open the windows (aim at them with camera). Wait for the 2 people to leave the room, climb out the window, and scale along the ledge all the way to the right. Then climb up the building and enter through the window. You will now be on Floor 03.
Step 3: Take out the single Penthouse Guard (black clothes, red hat) with a non-lethal melee takedown from behind. He’ll turn left with his back to you, use this opportunity to choke him out (non-lethal). Put his body in the closet in the maintenance room (ignore the 1 worker in that room, he won’t notice anything).
Step 4: Same spot where you took down the guard is a door, go through it. There will be two workers (blue clothes) in that hallway. If the female one is talking on the phone you can sneak past and just choke out the male one (non-lethal). He will drop a keycard, pick it up. Put his body in the closet. If the woman isn’t on the phone you must choke her out too and hide her in the closet.
Step 5: From the same hallway, enter the door to the Server Room. Use the keycard on the platform next to the central screen. This will turn the screen text from 1 of the 4 server racks from green to yellow. The one with yellow screen text is the correct one (randomized on each playthrough). Don’t pull the wrong one as this would trigger an alarm!
Step 6: After pulling the rack, interact with the console. Choose Option 01: Re-Arrange Meeting & Option 02: Open Elevator Doors. The first makes both your targets meet up in the penthouse so they will be trapped in the same room together. The 2nd opens the elevators for your escape, which makes the exfiltration a bit easier and quicker.
Step 7: Go to the end of the 3rd floor corridor and out on the helipad. Drop down the end of the helipad and climb up the Ventilation Area Shortcut (you must have unlocked it in a previous run).
Step 8: Under the first little staircase in the ventilation area will be the smuggled item box with your Sniper Rifle! Pick it up. If you forgot to assign it before the mission you need to restart, or alternatively can equip the ICA Briefcase MK III in the gear and put the Sniper in there and carry it with you from the start.
Step 9: Go through the 2nd door at the back of the ventilation area (NOT through the first door where the item box was). Immediately turn left and climb up to the balcony (you can interact with some climbable parts on the side of the wall). Go through the first door on the left. This is where the Lockpick in your loadout comes in handy! This leads into the guest room.
Step 10: Exit the guest room. Now wait for both your targets to gather in the living room.
Step 11: You should make a manual save at this point. Now comes the tricky part. After the guards have cleared the living room, you’ll want to head downstairs. There will be many guards but if you stick close to the wall and hold

/ “take cover button” you can squeeze through the flower pot behind a guard (where fire alarm is on wall). You must be holding the button! Just tapping it doesn’t work to squeeze through. Sometimes it’s just bad luck and the guards might notice you. If you stick close enough to the wall it will be fine. I got it to work about 60% of the time. Just reload the manual save if it doesn’t work first try. You can also try throwing coins to distract the guards, but it’s not really necessary.
Step 12: Enter the living room. Now hit the switch on the back of the counter. This will lock down the entire room. Nobody outside can hear anything. Wait for the two targets to stand up, get out your sniper, line up your aim with their heads, do a double-headshot kill. This is needed for the “Sniper Assassin” Challenge but also makes it very easy to not have one spot you killing the other.
Step 13: Store both bodies in the box on the left. Interact with the panel behind counter again to unlock the room.
Step 14: Choke out the single guard in the hallway leading downstairs to the 3rd floor. Put his body in the 2nd storage box in the room (the one on the right). Then go down that path and you’ll come out in front of the server room. Walk to the unlocked elevator at the end of the 3rd floor. Mission complete!
If you did everything correctly, you will earn all classic challenges in one go. Silent Assassin, Suit Only + Silent Assassin + Suit Only + Sniper Assassin + The Classics for 20,000XP (4 Mastery Levels).
