Cyberpsycho Sighting: Second Chances is a Gig in Cyberpunk 2077 (CP77). This walkthrough will guide you through all steps of the Cyberpsycho Sighting: Second Chances Gig (Side Quest).
Area: Badlands (East)
Quest Giver: Regina Jones (Fixer)
Requirement: Completed Main Job Life During Wartime
Reward: €$2170, 222XP, 499 Street Cred
Mission Info: Everyone deserves a second chance, V. I know that better than most. But who’s granting that chance and who’s getting it are important questions that oughta be asked.
Objectives:

Starting Location: Cyberpsycho Sighting: Second Chances
Second Chances starts in the Eastern Badlands.
Scan the area for clues
Once you arrive at the scene, use your scanner 
/ 
and look for some tire tracks on the ground.
Scan them and move further east, following the trail of tracks and dead bodies. Scan the next dead body you come across.
This will set a waypoint marker further east, at the end of the trail. Here you must scan a mural on a stone (see image below). As soon as you do this, the Cyberpsycho spawns and starts shooting at you with a sniper rifle from a tower further east.
Neutralize the threat
The best way to take this guy down is with some well-placed headshots of your own sniper rifle. If you don’t have one any other long-range weapon will do, just get closer to him and take cover behind the rocks.
Search the area to collect information
To get up to the tower, you should first destroy the two proximity mines facing the ladder. One is on the right side of the ladder, which you can easily shoot from below.
The second proximity mine is facing the ladder directly. Throw some grenades up there to blow it up. If you’re a high enough level you might survive the blast of that single mine if you destroy the other mine first (in any case, make a quicksave before climbing just to be sure – the 2nd mine is hard to see and you don’t want to get blown up by accident).
Once you’re on the tower, loot the Psycho for his shard called “I have seen the light”.
Read the shard “I have seen the light”
Open the Menu > scroll over Journal > click “Shards” section below Journal > scroll down and read the new shards at the bottom of the list. Close the menu when done.
Message Regina about Cyberpsycho Sighting: Second Chances
Open the Menu > Scroll over Journal > click the “Messages” Section that appears above Journal > scroll down and click on Regina Jones in message list > select the message that shows “Reply” option and click the blue text to reply. Close the menu to complete the gig.
