In Horizon Zero Dawn’s mission “Deep Secrets of the Earth” you’ll come across a Holo Ring Puzzle. This is one of the trickier puzzles in the game. There are two ring panels, each one has 5 rings and you must turn them in the correct position.
When you enter the room the panel on the right is missing a ring. So you must solve the puzzle on the left first to open the bunker door and get the emitter upstairs. Then put the emitter in the middle of the right panel.
Let’s start with the panel on the left:
Puzzle Solution #1 (Left Panel):
You can use your focus piece on the wall panel to see the combination. This one’s easy. Enter the following combination from left to right:
LEFT, UP, LEFT, DOWN, RIGHT

Puzzle Solution #2 (Right Panel):
After solving the other puzzle grab the emitter upstairs and place it on the missing middle ring of the right panel. There’s a catch however! If you scan the fuse box on the wall it will show an error warning because the rings have been turned around. The ones that should face up must be turned down and the once that should be down must go up. This creates the following combination (enter from left to right):
DOWN, LEFT, UP, RIGHT, DOWN

This is definitely one of the trickier puzzles in the game. Those were the two Horizon Zero Dawn Holo Ring Puzzle Solutions in main quest “Deep Secrets of the Earth”.

This is so idiotic. There’s nothing I can do. My only choice is to revert to manual save or something because the holo is stuck on red.
