Ambush in the Temple is a Side Quest in Assassin’s Creed Origins. This walkthrough shows how to complete the quest.

Objectives:
- Meet Menehet the priest at the Temple of Sekhmet in Yamu
- Speak to Menehet to start the tour
- Follow Menehet into the temple
- Find Menehet’s children (4)
- Speak to Menehet at the Temple of Sekhmet in Yamu
This quest will appear automatically, once you are in the vicinity of the temple. Bayek remembers that he wants to visit a friend of his, who is a priest in this large temple. Approach your friend Menehet and after a short cutscene, you are able to interact with him again, because he wants to show you the temple. Shortly after you have started the tour, you will be “ambushed” by Menehet’s four children, who are happy to see their Uncle Bayek again. Now it is time for a game of hide and seek. The children are hiding and you are supposed to track them down. Luckily, we have Senu at our disposal, so press 
to give yourself an advantage.
After having found all four of them, it is time to return to Menehet. You will notice he is busy having an argument with someone else. Once you are able to talk to him again, another short cutscene will play and conclude this quest. It will also automatically reveal a follow-up quest called Ulterior Votive for you.
